Swiss-Belresidences Kalibata

The property is just across the road from my mom’s apartment in Kalibata. Two shopping centres across the road have Farmer Markets, some chemists and restaurants. Don't expect it's a luxurious shopping centre, but it's ok and not crowded. The price is ok. The Indonesian Breakfast menu was authentic. The front office responded quickly when I asked in person to ensure the room condition and housekeeping standards were up to Swiss Bell hotel standards as I found and documented some of them were lacking “ Swissbell Hotel standard quality. “ The pool is small, but it's doable. It would be great if hotel guests could swim in the apartment pool, as they are bigger and better. The breakfast was excellent, particularly the Indonesian dishes, which were authentic and delicious! There are lots of options, too. I will go back again in the future to stay as it's very convenient. Thank you, Swissbell, for having me and my daughter for six days and five nights.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bluebird Taxi station within the premises so return journey to airport was more convinient.

As always, this is not my first time staying at the hotel. The hotel was great, the staffs are amazing. I would like to highlight the F&B team at the lobby bar, I couldn't recall her name but she was amazing and very helpful. Even the trainee in the same area was really great! I was really happy with how they helped me. The security was really helpful too. I will be back to stay at the hotel if I ever back to Jakarta.

I love the open space; the terrace with the small garden in front of terrace, it’s really a cozy place to work or just hang out with family. The seats settings is great for chat with a group/family. I’ll be back again for sure if I have a chance!
